One of my top 5 favorite movies is “About Time.” Matthew and Erin’s wedding felt like it was the wedding from “About Time” brought to life. This venue, the Kellogg Manor House, was phenomenal. I was absolutely giddy from the moment I got out of my car. Amazing views of the lake, gorgeous flowers everywhere, and a whimsical staircase leading down to the ceremony site. It was perfect. And then, right as the ceremony began, the clouds opened up and poured on everyone. I suppose that’s no one’s dream, but honestly, it was magical. The rain didn’t let up, so everyone scurried back up the stairs and into the warm house, where one of the most meaningful ceremonies I’ve ever witnessed took place. And at the end of the day, Matthew and Erin were married. That’s what matters. The clouds left, Love’s ice cream service pulled in, and all the guests wandered around the manor truly enjoying themselves. I’m still not over this day. Matthew and Erin, you are wonderful and I hope you feel the magic of your wedding day all over again when you look through the images. Thank you for allowing me to be there. <3
