The Lobsters

Photographing this day was an incredible honor. Sometimes I tear up at weddings, but this time I truly cried. It was beautiful. Shawn and Lindsay have each spent their lives making other people's lives better. Their story is straight out of a movie... two neighbors fell in love. They balance one another out and they make one another better.
I was a little extra invested in this wedding. Shawn (I mean, Mr. Jacob) was my favorite teacher in high school. Without his encouragement I never would have considered myself to be an artist of any kind. I'm really hoping he gives me an A on this project.
Shawn and Lindsay, thank you for allowing me (and John) to celebrate with you. We love you and we are cheering you on. <3
