From the very first email, I knew this family was going to rock. I honestly can not sing their praises enough, but I’m going to try. Mrs. Elhart is such a sweetie. I made the mistake of asking where Simone is headed off to college, and Mrs. Elhart practically started crying right then and there. Because that’s how close this family is. It’s amazing. Mr. Elhart was quieter, but had highly-appreciated business advice and stories to share. And he wasn’t afraid to act goofy with his kids. I went to school with Gregg, and he’s honestly been a stud since middle school. (Makes sense now that I’ve met his parents.) But he’s also really sweet and easy going. So glad to see he’s found beautiful, yet dorky Julia. I mean that 100% as a compliment. Before meeting Julia I had no idea that someone could be both adorkable and downright beautiful at the same time. But she is! These two are perfect together. And then there’s Simone. The world needs more Simones. She is the definition of joy and energy. She loves well and gives freely of her talented self. She is truly an original. The Elhart family is a heck of a good one.
