So here’s the thing. I get to spend one of the best days of people’s lives with them. It’s an intimate day that is typically only shared with the people they really love. And then there’s me. And I always get so swept up in it. I fall in love with the happy people. I want to be their best friends. And this time… I fell hard. I really care for Laura and Jake. They were incredibly kind to me during their wedding. I can’t even explain to you how far above and beyond they went to make sure that everyone else was having a good day. They are both sweet, gentle souls and I’m so glad they found one another in life. I also fell for a couple of the groomsmen. But that’s another story for another time.
