Every ten steps, I had to stop. I’d turn to Courtney. “Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness.” Every corner revealed a new view and a different feeling. Each Island, each mile of each island, was completely different from the last. Laundry blew in the breeze, castles sat on cliffs, churches rose up beyond every hill, homeless dogs and cats roamed, sheep crossed streets, waves rolled in, roses bloomed, tables were filled with fish, hands were filled with gyros, wildflowers grew along the ocean, worn rafts left behind by weary travelers sat along the shore, shadows danced across whitewashed walls, and friends journeyed with friends through daily life. This is Greece. This is Santorini. This is Lesvos. These are my friends. These are my memories.
Wow. These are amazing and I’m planning a trip now!
You have such an eye for unique detail Emily! Beautiful work!
Can we move there. Right now. All we need is your camera and a couple of bucks. I’ll bring you extra shirts. <3
