The Baypointe Inn just rocketed up to one of my favorite venues. When I arrived Friday afternoon at 12, half the bridal party was lying outside by the water. The bride’s father was paddle boarding. The slider doors were open and the cool breeze was flowing through the boathouse while the girls did eachother’s hair. It was so relaxed and so wonderful. I want to photograph more weddings like this. Chris and Bethany spent the entire day surrounded by people they loved in a stress free environment. The ceremony was hot, hot, hot, but they said their vows right on the lake while boats raced on by. The reception was filled with family and friends who traveled from as far as Norway to be there celebrating. There were turtles and minnows swimming around on each table. Guests dipped their toes in the water, enjoyed cake on boats, and danced the night away. All in all… it was the best. Congratulations Chris and Bethany!
