Ji and Corey are something else. When they asked if they could fly me out to Texas to photograph their wedding, I instantly said yes. I had never met either of them before, but I knew without a doubt that I needed to be there. And the instant I arrived at Camp Lost Pines, and Ji threw her arms around me, it just felt right. I was overwhelmed by the kindness of everyone I met. Ji and Corey are surrounded by the best people there are. They are so loved. And they are so grateful for their friends and family. This day was simply amazing. But I think the part that got me the most was when I overheard Corey’s prayer for the day. He and his groomsmen were hiding in the back before the ceremony, and even though the words he spoke were not meant for my ears, they changed me. The love that this couple has for God and for one another is going to impact the world. It has already impacted mine. Thank you so much, Ji and Corey, for letting me closely capture your day. I honestly love you both already. A special shoutout to Andi and TrollBaby for the crazy amounts of laughter we had at 12am that first night. And a shoutout to my travel buddies, Grace, Seth, and Tiffany for being so kind to me and letting me join your group. Everyone I interacted with this weekend is golden. How lucky you all are to have one another.
is beautiful
What beautiful pics!!!! It was a tremendous honor to be a part of this wonderful event and to see these young people, Corey & Ji, starting their life together with God and with so many great friends and family who love the Lord and care so deeply for others. My prayer is that God will always be the head of their home and that they will forever remember this glorious day. Thanks to these awesome photographs, I am confident that will happen, over and over again. Thank you from the bottom of my overflowing heart for the gorgeous memories you have captured with the click of your camera.
